In May 2003, established Beijing Huamei Dazheng Technology Co., Ltd., in Beijing, engaged in the sale of photovoltaic glass business;

In October 2005,established Shanghai Jingzheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, engaged in the production and sales of photovoltaic glass business;

In February 2008, established Henan Huamei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd, in Henan An annual production capacity of photovoltaic glass production is 3 million square meters. Currently ,total annual output of Henan base is 6.5 million square meters;

In May 2010, established Changzhou Huamei Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd, in Chanzhou Trina Photovoltaic Industrial Park. An annual production capacity of photovoltaic glass production is 3.5 million square meters. Currently ,total annual output of Changzhou Huamei base is 8 million square meters;

In April 2014, established Zhangpu branch of Changzhou Huamei Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd in Fujian . Currently ,total annual output of  Zhangpu  Huamei base is 3.5 million square meters.

In July 2016,the new solar glass production line of double-glass PV module will be full roll-out in Changzhou.

In September 2016, the second ohase factory building will be started in Changzhou.

In May 2017, the new production line of glass for double-glass PV module go into operation in Henan

In July 2018, the new production line go into operation in Changzhou Huamei Photoelectric New Material

In December 2020, the kilns in Jiyuan,Henan Province were put into production 

In April 2021, the new production line go into operation in Henan Huamei photoelectric New Material

In May 2021, the new production line go into operation in Jiyuan Huamei
